Catherine Parnell teaches creative writing at GrubStreet in Boston. She is the senior associate editor for Consequence Magazine, and her work has appeared in Post Road, Slush Pile, Baltimore Review, Diverse Voices Quarterly, Fiction Daily, Dos Passos Review, and other publications. Parnell also works as an independent and freelance consultant in communication, writing, and the arts and is the author of the nonfiction chapbook, The Kingdom of His Will.
