Laurelynn Martin, coauthor of GROWING TASTY TROPICAL PLANTS IN ANY HOME, ANYWHERE (Storey Publishing, Workman Press); voted a Top Ten Craft and Garden book; LOGEE'S SPECTACULAR CONTAINER PLANTS (Willow Creek Press), winner of the Independent Publishers Book Award. She is also the author of SEARCHING FOR HOME-A Personal Journey of Transformation and Healing After a Near-Death Experience (Cosmic Concepts Press). Currently, she is working on a memoir, TRANSFUSION: THE LIQUID LIGHT OF BLOOD and has completed the first draft of her first novel, THE PLACE CARD, thanks to the encouragement of Annie Harnett of Grub Street "Novel in Progress" class. She lives in Northeast, CT where she runs a gardening business, forages for medicinal mushrooms, and writes stories about extraordinary moments. She's interested in how these moments can heal and transform our planet for all people of all identities.
